Over the years a lot of people have asked me to live stream my dance fitness classes or make a workout DVD so they could participate from interstate, overseas or just from the comfort of the lounge room dance floor while the baby sleeps!

Well now you can dance with me or work out with me in the comfort of your own home when it’s convenient for you!

You’ll get to dance and work out to all the music you love and you will feel the energy of the class I’m teaching in Sydney, Australia.

Classes will be live and unedited! The sweat, the smiles and the people are real!

You'll feel like you’re right there with us and you'll see it’s not about being perfect – it’s about moving your body whilst having fun and being a part of the party!

DanceFit classes require no equipment and for all other classes you could benefit from having hand weights, a step & barbell set, a kettle bell and an exercise mat.
