Love love love this lady.....she is a god send. So glad I found this group. Sheeren is the best instructor I’ve had. Even though she is on the other side of the world.....she is there to support us 100%. We can reach out to her anytime for support and guidance. Love the variety of routines/classes as they work every part of the body. Love dancing so this was the perfect group for me. Feel like I’m there with Sheeren and all the lovely ladies. They keep me motivated. Like been part of a extended family. Your looking for a good instructor who knows what they are talking about, then look no further as this lady is for you!
